What We do
Adeniji Foundation of Statistical (AFSS) will Free deliver high-quality, transformative education for select students to become professional statistical programmers with the tools needed to contribute toward the development of the socioeconomic and academic state of Nigeria.
This high-impact social enterprise will empower a continuous stream of students who can influence their families, communities, nation, and the world for future generations. Graduates will be integral in revitalizing the lives and cultures of Nigeria.
Students will receive a lifelong skill with a demand that is projected to grow 33 percent over the next five years.

Why We Care
The totality of Nigeria’s growth and necessity for education and job opportunities require immediate intervention that a non-governmental organization (NGO) can provide. Thus, the founder, Abidemi K. Adeniji, PhD has formed the Adeniji Foundation of Statistical Science (AFSS) to alleviate poverty-stricken, underemployed, and unemployed students by training them to a globally recognized skill.
Facility Location
The initial training facility will be located in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria with plans for additional facilities throughout Nigeria.

The Foundation’s leaders come from a broad range of professional backgrounds. The leaders act as an entrusted group that maintains and uphold the mission, vision, strategy, values and direction of the AFSS.

Chairman, Board Member
He is driven to give back to the community he comes from, of which, brilliance is endemic, but opportunities are scarce. He’s dedicated to giving back to the field of statistical science through research, teaching and connecting with the youth. He is a son of Yorubaland, born in Lagos, Nigeria. He has a doctorate in Biostatistics. He wishes to someday take a joyride in a fighter jet.
