Learn more about AFSS

Our Mission

Equip students with statistical and data science training to alleviate unemployment and the underutilization of talent in Nigeria.

Our Vision

Position Nigeria as a globally recognised hub for statistical and data science — for current and future generations.

Our Values

Service. Creativity. Humility. Three principles that shape every decision we make with our students and partners.

What we do

A fully-funded pathway into the global pharmaceutical industry.

AFSS delivers a six-month Clinical SAS Programmer training programme covering SAS Base and Advanced programming, SDTM & ADaM standards, CDISC compliance, and clinical trial design. Each cohort represents an investment of more than US$36,000 in tuition, equipment, stipends, and certification fees — every naira absorbed by the Foundation so that talent, not tuition, decides who gets a seat.

Our inaugural cohort of eight students graduated in November 2023 and every graduate went on to a paid internship at M-Estimator LLC, sponsored personally by the founder while the Foundation continued its search for external placements. The programme's first-cohort completion rate was 100 percent.
