Oludare “Dare” Adeniji is a proven operations leader with experience in both defense and healthcare operations. Dare began his career in the United States Marine Corps as a logistician supporting operations world-wide. During his time in the service, he developed a keen understanding of financial forecasting, complex networks, and data analysis to support large-scale operations in austere environments.

After a successful tenure in the military, Dare transitioned into healthcare operations with a premier dialysis provider where he oversees the treatment of 800+ patients in various states of renal failure. Dare find fulfillment in service that directly contributes to the development and health of his community.

Dare is a Baltimore MD native who spent his formative years in Lagos, Nigeria. Upon completion of his secondary education, Dare attended the United States Naval Academy and earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics. Dare continued his studies at the Naval Postgraduate School where he earned a Master of Science in Operations Research as well as graduate certifications in both Complex Networks and Energy Studies. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his son and lovely wife.
