Admission Registration

  1. Training is Free, there is no cost to students
  2. This application and the screening process are free. AFSS will never ask you for any payments or issue any financial obligations. 
  3. The registration process will take approximately 20 minutes to complete – ensure all information provided is accurate.
  4. Please have your resume and a form of identification ready before filling out this form.
  5. To ensure accuracy, review your application before submitting.
  6. All fields must be populated to complete your application; incomplete applications will not be accepted.
  7. This application will close at 11:59 p.m. on December 02, 2022.
